By accepting these terms and conditions you agree the following.

For the person who referred you to be eligible for the $100 credit towards ProcessRX, the following conditions must be met.

You must be a first time customer.

ProcessRX must have a valid phone number.

ProcessRX must validate the order.

ProcessRX must receive a State issued photo ID, clear and readable.

You must receive you medication.

Your order must be paid in full.

ProcessRX will not honor any referral made prior to December 3rd, 2007.

You must be a first time customer. If you have ordered with ProcessRX in the past, no matter how long ago, whether you received medication or not, the person that referred you will not be eligible for the $100 credit. You agree that ProcessRX has the right to determine whether or not you are a new customer by any means necessary.

Must have a valid phone number. ProcessRX must be able to contact you using a standard telephone. You must supply a valid phone number (cell phone numbers are ok), and we must be able to call this phone number and speak with you.

Must validate the order. ProcessRX will validate your order using a method developed by ProcessRX. ProcessRX has the right to use this validation method to determine whether or not you are eligible to receive this order. ProcessRX reserves the right to deny any order that does not meet our guide lines for validation.

Must receive a State issued photo ID, clear and readable. ProcessRX must receive a state issued ID before we can process your order. ID’s may be faxed, emailed or sent standard mail. ProcessRX will not fulfill any order with out an ID. Your ID must be clear and readable. ProcessRX asked that you use a marker to black out any like social security or drivers license numbers or any other type of identification number.

You must receive you medication. Your order must be received and signed for with FedEx. ProcessRX requires all orders shipped to be signed by a person 21 years or older at time of delivery. Failure to sign for a package may result in the referrer being denied the $100 credit.

Your order must be paid in full. Once ProcessRX receives your payment in full your order will be consider paid.

ProcessRX will not guarantee processing times and shipping times.

Credit may be revoked if referral reverses a credit card charge or a fraudulent purchase is discovered. ProcessRX will follow all guidelines of the approval process for orders and credits based on local, state and federal guidelines concerning the issuance and shipping of prescription medications.

Available credit must be used on your next order. Credits must be used in their entirety and not split up between multiple orders, unless credit amount is greater than the new order total. Then the credit balance will be available to for the next order.
